“Sustainability starts with people.”
Years before Els Nature, Dr Elsa Tsang was researching human potential: what allows some people to thrive and others to falter, and why small shifts can matter more than grand interventions.
That work led her to a TEDx stage, to teaching at universities, and now to building Els Nature: a brand that lives the same idea in the body and in the world. Skincare is one expression of it. Retreats are the next.

OUR RETREATS
A small collection, carefully chosen.
We are building a collection of wellness retreats across the South of England: independent hotels and health clubs, in characterful locations, where guests genuinely come to rest.
The properties we look for are well-run, well-loved, and almost always the work of an owner who has cared deeply for a long time. When we take one on, our priority is to honour what's been built: keeping the standards, respecting the identity of the business, and bringing in proper investment where it helps.
